Construction is of brick and hardwood tropical timber with timber flooring, walls and ceiling.
The kitchen and 2 bathrooms are on the ground level with brick walls and tiled floors. The kitchen is large - about 50 meter
square and the dining room is off the kitchen fronting the beach. There is also a very large porch facing the beach.
All windows are glass.

2 BEDROOM CHALET
This chalet is right on the beach. You will roll out of bed right into the sea. At the back is
a pergola with a mature garden.
This is also a brick and timber building with a sunken Japanese style bathroom with hot and cold
water. There is a small but equipped kitchenette with a gas stove and fridge and all kitchen cutlery. There is
a private porch facing the sea. The whole chalet is furnished.
This chalet rents for US $ 480.00 per month.
